Criteria of Student Registration

Candidate who interested in Om Infotech Foundation to join Any Certificate, Diploma, Advance Diploma, PG Diploma, Vocational Training and Our Undertake programs have to fill the Student Registration Form is Available at Om Infotech Authorized Study and Training Centre (ASTC) with Prospectus. Student can Demand the Prospectus from any of the Om Infotech Authorized Study and Training Centre by pay Rs. 350/- ProspectusORpay by Rs. 20/- Registration form Charge. Student must have to Read carefully Terms and Conditions are written at backside of Form Head Office Copy of Form than fill all filed that mandatory Details. After Fill the Form Student Can Submit both Centre Copy and Head Office Copy to Centre Authority with attach require documents.

Enclosures with Registration Form Hard Copy

• Self Attested copy of Last educational Qualification Certificate / Mark sheet OR required.
• Two recent passport size photo to be pasted in the Application Form also self-attested.
• Self Attested copy of ID Proof Like Voter Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card, School/ College ID any.
• Self Attested copy Category Certificate (SC/ ST/ BPL/ Handicapped) to be submitted to get any relaxation in the as per Om Infotech Foundations norms.

Student Online Admission and Confirm Enrollment

After fill Admission form in Prospectus and give the prospectus to student is available from the Head Office using center User ID and Password Centre Director/ Authority have to Fill students Online form for current batch and pay Registration and Exam Fees (Course Kit or Without Course Kit) for Confirm Enrollment, after pay fees by Deposit in our bank A/c, NEFT/ RTGS/ Online payment through website( Net banking, Debit, Credit Card etc.) save the receipt. After complete process of payment center have to Email to Om Infotech Foundation Head Office with attach deposit receipt and Students Confirmation Request Sheet with form number name and course details. After receive Centre’s Email Student will be Enrolled Successfully within 2 to 24 Hours by Head Office Activation Authority. You can check Students status verified with Registration Number online by login your Centre Dashboard or Centre will Receive Students Enrollment Sheet with Course Kit Details (If Centre pay extra Charge for stationary) by post From HO. After Confirm Student Centre Director have to send Hard Copy (HO Copy) with Attach copy of all required documents within date 1 to 10 of every previous month.

Start of Course /Student Training

Training & Study :- After Receive and verify the student enrollment status if successfully completed than student can Discus to ASTC authority about Training Batch timing and Joining date. After start training according to Course syllabus norms students will be strictly prohibited to Follow Class and Computer Lab Rules and join Class regularly till exam date decided.

Training & Study Kit :- If student pay kit Charges according Om Infotech Study and Training Course Kit (Including Bag, Notebook, I-card, Pen, Course Syllabus Books etc.) norms. Center Director have to apply Course Kit and pay amount to Head Office kit will be issued to center within 7 working days and according availability as soon as possible. When center authority received kit than have to inform and give to candidate.
