Examination

• The mode of Om Infotech Examination is both ONLINE or OFFLINE.
• Examination Form has to be filled in and submitted at Head Office before 15 days.
• Examination schedule will be sent to the Training Centre before the starting of exam.
• Student can choose the exam mode ONLINE or OFFLINE According Online or Offline Om Infotech Exam Norms.
• The examination will be conducted four times (January, April, July, and October) per year at the Authorized Study and Training Centre or Om Infotech Exam Centre set by Om Infotech Foundation Examination Department.
• For Online Examination students user ID and Password OR for Offline Exam Question Papers shall be set  by Head Office and sent to the particular ASTC according to the received information from the Authorized Training Centre.
• Examination should be conducted as per schedule and copies should be sent to Head Office within 7 days of exam.
• Students Attendance sheet of theory exam and practical exam and all require data has to be filled and submitted to H.O.
• The examination for less than 6 months and 3 months duration/ Short term Courses examination answer copies have to be checked by Authorized Training Centre Examination Authority itself and answer copies result sheet submitted at the Head Office along with Certificate Request Form.
• The exam for the 6 months or more than 6 Months Program Courses (For Semester Programs) exam also conduct at  ASTC and examination answer copies without check have to be submitted at the Head Office along with Certificate Request Form.

Online Result

After Offline /Online Examination within a Limited Period decided by Om Infotech HO - OMR Answer sheet/ Answer Copy/ Online Examination Reports Submitted to Om Infotech Head Office by ASTC Authority online Result will be Declare at Om Infotech website within 30 to 45 Days of Answer data Submission.

Evaluation

After qualifying all the exams, the students are awarded grades as per their percentage of marks obtained, for All Certificate and Diploma Programs.

Examination Procedure

• Examination Procedure will be apply according to Om Infotech Examination norms
• Each module will be 70% of theory/ written Paper/ OMR optional Paper/ Online Exam  as  final exam and 30% of Practical/ Viva.
• Om Infotech Selected Programs have Assignment and Project exam will be conducted at Om Infotech-ATC OR Om Infotech Exam Centre is separate marking.
